Role: The CEO

Objectives: Establish the organisation, create structure in the project. Keep an overview, manage people, involve team members as well as give goals and tasks. Document progress and provide reports to the professor.

Learning outcome:
Learning how to capture people’s attention and evolve an organisation. I have learned how to take responsibility for people and give people tasks as well as hold people accountable. I have learned the scope and functions in a new project. I am managing different people, cultures and competencies.
