Role: External consultant
Objectives: Create a qualitative market research study to evaluate change management in Siemens headquarters - Paris, France. Create structure and overview. Collect and analyse data and report writing.
Learning outcome: Learning that there are different players in change management and how the change is a communication job and it is an exponentially evolving concept. Doing personal interviews controlling and collecting data. I learned how to use Nvivo. Making patterns and identifying problematics. Turning problematics into opportunities and giving advice. Professionalism and structure.
Project Desription

This project involved studying the change in Siemens. Siemens is evolving towards a new vision of working for space organisation and following this vision by moving to a new building. Siemens developed an innovative concept willing to increase the employee’s flexibility and stimulate their dynamism. The new Siemens headquarters, the Sisley Building, is located at Saint-Denis and has introduced a new working organisation. A qualitative study is done to understand the moving process as part of a broader vision aiming to redefine the working environment specifically. The study measured the change in the motivation of the workers six months after the move.
