Concept
This project was about a kitchen herb garden that could keep the plants alive without any effort by the customer. This kind of product already exists on the market but is not fully established. Therefore with the right position and market differentiation, it is possible to create a niche. The project objectives were to learn market launch procedures and implications. It was a startup case where we redesigned an existing product. The process included creating a detailed design, product management, extensive market research, rapid prototyping through 3D modelling, supply chain management, marketing plan, strategy and client contact establishment.
